Returns and Refund Policy

At Amira Casa, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll help guide you through our return and refund process.

1. Return Eligibility

You may return eligible items if:

  • The return request is submitted within 3 days of receiving the order.

  • Items are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

  • You include a copy of your invoice or order confirmation.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Used, washed, or damaged items

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

  1. Email us with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Wait for return approval and instructions, including the return address.

  3. Ship the item back using a trackable method.

Unauthorized or late returns may not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We do not reimburse original shipping charges unless a return is due to an error on our part.

5. Refunds

  • Once the return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

  • You will receive an email notification once your refund has been issued.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Please report damaged or defective items within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • Include clear photos and your order number.

  • We will offer a replacement or full refund for defective items.
